M. Mohan Shukla, PMP  is an organizational improvement expert and high performance leadership coach. He has established and led Project Management Offices, Quality Systems initiatives, Six-Sigma programs and directed new technology implementation at global corporations for 20 years. He led culture change for a large industrial company and developed a Coaching for Performance program for thousands of managers.

Mohan has been coaching and mentoring leaders at several large companies and conducting workshops to improve leadership effectiveness. He also advises companies dealing with transitional challenges related to outsourcing and issues of global teambuilding and communication. Mohan speaks at management conferences and leads self-improvement seminars as well.

Mohan's work is targeted to raise individual and team productivity through self-awareness and a focus on the mental-emotional factors that drive decision making, behavior and alignment in organizations. He devised the Psycho Somatic Behavior Reinforcement cycle to explain the neurophysiological foundation of behavior. His seminars and workshops emphasize the exploration of  these internal processes to identify performance blockers and eliminate barriers to effective work relationships.
